Boxing - Jab & Cross Punch
Boxing/pugilism is known as “the sweet science” and explain the two basic punches: jab and cross. Explain how mastering these two punches is essential to becoming a good boxer. The jab is the most basic punch a boxer can learn and the most effective. Other punches like the cross, hook and uppercut have more flare to them they still do not match up to the jab because it can punch, push, distract, create openings, or even defend against your opponent’s attack.
