Basketball Lay-up	Satisfactory Does not attempt to shoot the basketball. Makes no effort to use proper form/mechanics	Developing Attempts to shoot but demonstrates none of the proper mechanics or form, including, but not limited to 1) dribbling to the hoop with the correct hand, 2) pushing off with the opposing foot when jumping, 3) finishing with the hand that corresponds to the side of the basket, 4) hitting the corner of the square on the backboard, 5) performing the same with the weak hand.	Good Attempts to shoot but demonstrates only some of the proper mechanics or form, including, but not limited to 1) dribbling to the hoop with the correct hand, 2) pushing off with the opposing foot when jumping, 3) finishing with the hand that corresponds to the side of the basket, 4) hitting the corner of the square on the backboard, 5) performing the same with the weak hand.
