Stance - (rt. handed)

1.L foot placed slightly forward of rt with most of body weight on the ball of L foot.
2. Knees are unlocked & slightly flexed. Shoulders are forward slghtly from hips & directly above knees.
3.Ball supported in nonbowling hand until point of origin found.

4.Thumb & fingers of bowling hand inserted into ball at 12-6 for straight or 10-4 for hook.
5.Ball is held to the rt of the front of body about waist hght. Forearm resting hip. Ball is near vertical balnce line through shoulders & knees. Supported slghtly by nonbowling hand.
6.Shoulders & hips square to intended line of ball.
**Possible silimiar style, slightly different, performing it consistantly with each ball.
