Solder	Poor Wire had very little solder, pulled apart.	Fair Wire had very little solder or too much solder, very sloppy. Too much or too little heat.	Good Wire had even solder, held together. Clean and neat, proper amount of heat.
Wire Stripping	Poor Wire was damaged severely while stripping.	Fair Wire was slightly damaged while stripping.	Good Wire was stripped properly.
Follow Directions	Poor Did not follow directions	Fair Directions mostly followed.	Good All of directions followed and completed.
