Throwing A Football at a target 
student will throw the football to their partner 5 times and will self evaluate on the following. 1) Ball at cheek level in good body posture 2) Side facing target – the side opposite your throwing hand is facing the target 3) Step with opposite foot – Step with small jab step towards your target with your foot opposite your throwing hand 4) Eyes on the target – keep your eyes on the target at all times 5) Follow through – throwing arm should wipe the glass ending up by your hip pocket
