The volume may be so low, or the rate may be so fast that you cannot understand most of the message. Only one group member presented.

The volume may be too low or loud or the rate is too fast or slow. Pauses may be too long or at inappropriate spots. The speakers may exhibit significant disfluencies such as "ahs," or "uhms". All but one member presented.

The volume is good. There are few disfluencies. Each member of the team presents.

The speakers use volume, rate and articulation to empahsize and enhance the meaning of the message. There are no disfluencies in the presentation.
