Power Stretch 2012 Team Teaching Rubric 
Create and perform a 32 count upper body combination. Your combination must include a chaturanga and piyo push-up with a variety of others that target the upper body. Create and perform a 32 count lower body combination. Your combination must include warrior II and a pyramid with a variety of others that target the lower body. Each combination will be performed separately.

Begin in plank. Keep elbows close to sides as you lower chest to floor. Body should stay in alignment. Maintain a straight line from the crown of your head to your heels.

Warrior II

Feet are lined up correctly if an imaginary straight line is drawn from the front heel back and intersects the back arch or heel. Back toes point 90 degrees or slightly forward. Back leg is straight, rear hip does not rotate forward. Press back heel into the floor. Torso is positioned directly over the hips.

Pyramid

In warrior stance, feel the front foot pressing down and back, straightening the front leg. Use the quadriceps to draw the kneecaps up toward your hips and avoid locking the knees. Direct your hips back evenly. Modify if needed.
