Counter Should be clear of non kitchen items. If you have prepared food , there should be no debris or food remnants left behind.	Inadequate Cluttered with items not belonging on kitchen surface.	Mediocre Few items and leftover food debris on counter.	Satisfactory Evidence of food on counter, no items not belonging in kitchen evident.	Ideal Counters clear of debris and non kitchen items.	Surpassing Counter clear of debris and non kitchen items as well as is cleaned with kitchen surface cleaner.
Floor Floor should be clear of trash or food or crumbs at all times.	Inadequate Food and trash are on the floor.	Mediocre Food or trash is on the floor.	Satisfactory Limited area with some trash or food on the floor.	Ideal No food or trash on floor.	Surpassing NO food or trash on the floor and floor is mopped.
