Information goes beyond the basics and demonstrates actual use of this resource and/or extensive research.
Evaluate benefits to self	Poor Student is unable to evaluate or draw any conclusions about how the resources would benefit them. Information is very basic and brief and is descriptive, but offers no evaluation.	Fair Student is able to provide a rudimentary evalution of the benefits of each resource, but does not personalize this evaluation. Evaluation is stated in general terms and in the third person.
