Wrong size. Light image due to improper pressure on ink pen. Top or bottom portion of pattern cut off or missing due to poor plotter settings. Not enough margins.

Clear and accurate print at exact size. Improved and adequte margins to allow for transfer to substrate.

Excellent and dark print aligned to edges of paper with plenty of margin to allow for transfer to substrate. Exact size and center line indicated clearly.
Perforate and powder.

Perforate pattern, exactly align pattern to substrate and transfer using powder.

Poor

Perforations sloppy and not following lines. Perforating done with insufficient pressure to open holes. Poor alignment to substrate, looks crooked or off center.
Too much or too little powder.
Fair

Perforations follow line but off slightly. More pressure needed to insure open holes. Alignment to substrate okay but either off center or top heavy or bottom heavy.
Good

All lines perforated close to original pattern. Good openings to allow powder to pass through. Alignment looks accurate and powder is clear.
Excellent

Lines perforated exactly to original print and with good openings for right amount of powder to pass through. Alignment is exactly square to substrate and pattern is perfectly centered and clear and distinct ready you accept paint.
