This is meant to be a basic PowerPoint rubric to be used with many different types of Power Point projects. Some additional notes would need to be made for students such as how many slides to include.

Content	Excellent All necessary information is included.	Good Leaves off some necessary information.	Unacceptable Leaves off a lot of necessary information and/or<BR> goes off-topic frequently.
Background & Font	Excellent Background and font enhance the content (make it better).	Good Background and font choices go with the topic, but do not enhance the content.	Unacceptable No background or pictures.
Images	Excellent All the pictures, clipart, and illustrations are clear and go with the content.	Good Most of the pictures, clipart and illustrations are clear and go with the content.	Unacceptable The pictures take away from the content (too many, too big, too small, distracting, etc.).
Layout of Information	Excellent The information on the pages is laid out beautifully. <BR> The font size, colors and animation styles have been carefully planned.	Good The information on the page is a laid out well.<BR> The font size, colors and animation styles have been planned.	Unacceptable The information is very difficult to read due to poor layout.
