No tabs/dividers are included. Lacks no organization to any sections.
CONTENT/ PROPER USE	GOOD Students have included all required information, which includes are notes, test/quizzes, assignments. Tabs/divided are missing.	FAIR Students have included all required information, which includes all notes, test/quizzes, assignments.	POOR Insufficient notebook content, students missing multiple sources from a variety of information and no organization.
NEATNESS	GOOD Notebook is clear and cohesive. Tabs/dividers are in the correct place,some are not labeled or missing some dividers. Papers are hole punched and filed into appropriate sections.	FAIR Notebook is clear and cohesive. There are some loose papers. Students utilized folders, but did not hole punch or properly organized content.	POOR Papers are loose, no organized content.
