Care Plan Rubric 
A rubric that provides an objective evaluatiion of care plans. Students are expected to at least score 75% or 12 points with no "Unnaceptable" for a passing care plan The Instructor will request a student to revised the care plan if the student scores below the expected points. Students should revised the care plan to be able to complete the missed criteria for the Care Plan.
