Enters room and says hello	Poor Student does not acknowledge others when entering a room	Good Students looks/makes eye contact, however does not greet the person/people or respond to a greeting given	Excellent Student enters the room, makes eye contact and greets others in the room
Follow up with a question: How are you today?	Poor Student doe not ask a question	Good Student asks but does not wait for a response	Excellent Students asks, waits for a response and engages in conversation exchange.
Repeats response/engages in converstaion	Poor Student does not engage	Good Student responds to questions but does not ask any further questions or give detail answer	Excellent Student engages, responds and gives a detailed answer to questions being asked.
