Preparedness	Poor Not prepared and tardy for class	Fair Somewhat prepared and/or tardy. (appropriate clothes, sneakers)	Good Prepared, but tardy for class (appropriate clothes, sneakers)	Excellent Prepared and on time for class (appropriate clothes, sneakers)
Correct Form	Poor Student does not demonstrate proper technique and form when performing agility games.	Fair Student rarely demonstrates proper technique and form when performing agility games.	Good Student frequently demonstrates proper technique and form when performing agility games.	Excellent Student always demonstrates proper technique and form when performing agility games.
Opposition	Poor Student is not competing against opposition or working with teammates.	Fair Student shows some competition against opposition and works with teammates, but only when absolutely necessary.	Good Student is competing against other students and communicating with teammates for most of the lesson.	Excellent Student wants to win against opposition and helps there team to win by communicating with other teammates.
Alertness/Attention	Poor Student does not listen and is not paying attention to rules of the lesson	Fair Student occasionally listens and occasionally breaks rules given.	Good Most of the time student listens and is playing the game correctly.	Excellent Student listens and makes sure to go by the rules of the lesson.
