Digital Portfolio Project: Concept Map 
A project for 4th-semester nursing students preparing to graduate. Submit a completed concept map illustrating the nursing care of a medical-surgical patient. The student is expected to choose a complex care patient for this project. This is the student's opportunity to show their abilities to care for complicated medical-surgical patients in the hospital setting. Students will include both peer and self evaluations
