Catching	Needs improvement I cannot catch the netball and difficulty pivoting to next direction -Rigid stance, knees not bent.	Fair I can catch the netball while moving. -Do not have good control -Cannot pivot without stepping-	Good I can catch the netball, show good control and proper positioning -Can pivot and find new direction- -Able to pivot while assessing next passing option.	Excellent I can catch the netball, pivot to the new direction and deliver the ball successfully.
Shooting	Needs improvement - I cannot shoot the ball successfully. . -Off balance or shooting ball from chest level.	Fair I can sometimes shoot the ball successfully. - I can use two hands to shoot ball. Seems balanced with ball above eye height.	Good Student shoots the ball correctly. - I adopt correct position to shoot from above the head, is well balanced. - I am usually successful in shooting most of the time.	Excellent - I shoot the ball demonstrating the correct technique, am balanced and follows through to the ring afterwards. - I demonstrate excellent accuracy
Passing	Needs improvement -I cannot pass the ball successfully and do not follow through when passing. - I cannot get the pass to teammates - I don't make sure the pass recipient is ready for the ball	Fair - I can sometimes pass the ball successfully - I sometimes make sure the pass recipient is ready for the ball	Good - I passes the ball correctly most of the time - I usually complete the pass to a teammate - I usually makes sure my teammate is ready for the pass	Excellent - I pass the ball with precision and accuracy - I pass so that my teammate can receive it with ease and are in a good position to catch my pass
Attack and Defence	Needs improvement - I do not understand the concept of attack or defence or the positions on the court. - I do not run into positions to receive a pass - I do not defend	Fair - I can sometimes run into attack positions and receive the ball. - I mostly understand the positions on court and where they are allowed to go - I can sometimes take up the defending position and intercept a ball.	Good - I show an understanding of the role of attack and makes position to receive the ball. - I understand the majority of positions on the court and where - I can defend a ball from the correct distance and can attempt interceptions.	Excellent - I can use both attack and defending skills in the course of the game. - I understand all positions on the court and the role they play in the game. - I can intercept the ball and makes turnovers for my team.
