Student 3 Fitness Assessment 
This fitness assessment is designed to test different levels and to act as a "benchmark" for present and future fitness assessments. This test has five (6) sections: the sit-up test, push up test, 1-mile run test, and sit and reach test, Pacer run and Shuttle run.
