Follow Directions The student will follow directions from the teacher and remain on task.	Poor The student needed to be prompted more than 3 times to stay on task.	Fair The student needed to be prompted 3 times to stay on task.	Good The student needed to be prompted 2 times or less to stay on task.	Very Good The student needed to be prompted 1 time to remain on task.	Excellent The student successfully remained on task.
Task Completion Each student will be given a task in the school store.	Poor The student completed less than 40% of the assigned task.	Fair The student completed 50% of the task completed with the support of TA.	Good The student completed 50%-70% of the assigned task with the support of a TA.	Very Good The student completed 70%-100% of the assigned task with the support of a TA.	Excellent The student independently completed the assigned task.
Customer Service The students will use polite and helpful language to assist customers with their needs.	Poor The student did not want to participate or interact with customers.	Fair The student tried to interact with customers but was unaware of what to say.	Good The students interacted with customers well and used some marketing language.	Very Good The students interacted with customers and used more sales and marketing terminology.	Excellent The student interacted well with customers and correctly used marketing terms.
