Met all expectations but did not go above and beyond to advance knowledge level.	Proficient Employee invested a lot of time to understand the knowledge concepts. Asked for help when needed and participated in all learning sessions.	Distinguished Employee went above and beyond the learning required. Accomplished extra learning to fully understand systems and operational functions.
Effort 10% Enter description	Non-Performance Employee did not incorporate concepts into training. Misunderstood the material and operating principles of the systems.
