Arms not extended, elbow no bent to extension at all, no follow through whatsoever.
Fair

Arms somewhat extended, elbow almost to 90 degrees, not a full follow through.
Good

Arms fully extended, elbow bent beyond 90 degrees before motion to hit ball is started, extends fully through serving motion.
Legs

Poor

Legs are not flexed, knees straight; not bent, both feet stay in contact with the ground, feet land not squarely and off balance.
Fair

Legs semi-flexed, knees somewhat bent, one foot comes off the ground during motion, feet land kind of square and a little off balance.
Good

Legs flexed, knees bent and ready to explode, both feet come off the ground during motion, feet land squarely with good balance.
Body Position

Poor

Body does not arch, no follow through, finishes standing straight up and not in an athletic position.
Fair

Body goes from straight to semi-arched up throw, follows the arms but not a complete follow through, finishes somewhat bent over in a semi-athletic position.
Good

Body goes from straight to arched upon throw, follows arms with complete follow through, finishes bent over in an athletic position.
