Recognition PDSA Rubric 
At the end of the Driving Outcomes Through Recognition and Storytelling module, leaders will apply what they have learned by creating an action plan for their team. They will utilize the Plan-Do-Study-Act worksheet from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
