The student used some art vocabulary words but could have used more or used them in better ways.

The student incorporated correct art vocabulary in creating the discription of the art piece.

The student did not describe the piece of artwork they were given in a manner that would allow someone else to recognize that piece of work.

The student gave good clues to what the picture is but not a complete discription.

The student gave an accurate and detailed description of the piece of artwork.
