Coach Gary's Weightroom Expectations
Students will be given a weight room grade. Total possible points are 20 points per day. If students is not there on a weight room day student still has to make up day missed. If it not possible to make up the actual weight lifting day, students may post in their log book that they were absent by marking so in the log book. Students with Doctor's notes will do the same by marking Doctor in the log book. Either of these situations do not mean you have credit for the day.
