Parts Recognition	Poor Student cannot identify any parts.	Fair Student can identify at least half of the parts or all of the parts but does not know the proper name for them.	Good Student can identify all parts and can recall all of the proper names.
Proper Use of Tools	Poor Student uses improper tools and cannot identify or name proper tools for disassembly and reassembly.	Fair Student can identify and name proper tools for disassembly and reassembly but has trouble using tools.	Good Student can correctly name and identify all tools for disassembly and reassembly and uses tools without trouble.
Assembly	Poor Student has trouble assembling brakes and completely gives up.	Fair Student does not use the proper assembly method discussed in class but assembles the drum brakes correctly but is slow.	Good Student assembles brakes correctly and in the time allotted.
