Broadband Cable Installation Skills Assessment 
This rubric will be used to calculate your lab performance points. Students who actively participate in hands on tasks earn more points. Students who stand around and watch earn the least amount of points. Students that can perform tasks compentently with minimal supervision earn more points. Students who cannot perform tasks competently earn less points. Students who are absent or arrive late to class will loose points.
