Fair Used most of the proper voice commands in an authoritative manner in nearly the proper order. Used the appropriate response to confrontation. Some explanation to the suspect.	Good Used the proper voice commands in an authoritative manner in the proper order and explained exactly what the suspect was expected to do. Used correct deescalation tactics.
Approach	Poor Failed to approach the suspect at the proper angle being cautious and safe.	Fair Approached the suspect nearly at the proper angle being somewhat cautious and safe.	Good Approached the suspect at the proper angle being cautious and safe while maintaining the correct reactionary gap.
Pressure Points	Poor Failed to identify any of the pressure points.	Fair Identified 5 of the pressure points and explained the effect of each.	Good Identified 8 of the pressure points and explained the effects of each.
