Classroom participation and behavior can make or break the learning environment in the classroom. I require an environment where everyone feels comfortable, successful, and focused on learning. Come to class ready to be an active participant & also ready to help others learn.

Step it up just a titch more, and you'll jump the gap to exemplary. 5 pts	B : Satisfactory/Proficient Your performance is great, but could still use a little improvement. You are dependable & consistent most of the time. 4 pts	C : Average Your performance is good, but nothing to get super excited about. You are dependable & consistent when you want to be. 3 pts	D : Limited - Needs Work Your performance needs to improve and you need to put in more effort. You are dependable & consistent only when asked or reminded. 2 pts	F : Incomplete Your performance is lacking. You are not dependable & consistent, even when asked. 1 pts
