Specific Role Performance	Poor lack of effort put into their designated role. Lacked dedication and enthusiasm	Satisfactory Little effort and enthusiasm showed towards their role	Good Substantial effort shown in performing their role, enthusiasm evident in the work produced	Excellent Student took complete control of their role, enthusiasm and dedication to the roles tasks were extremely evident
Team Membership	Poor Played and acted as an individual for the most part of the season	Satisfactory Student played as a team player only when reminded and coerced into it	Good Student was invested in the team and regularly made efforts in the team, for the team	Excellent Student was heavily involved with their team, placing the team first and going the extra mile for team success
Game involvment	Poor Lack of participation, acted like they were only there because they had to be	Satisfactory Student participated but would drop off if the game was not easy or in their favour	Good Student participated and helped their team out, effort was evident through difficult periods	Excellent Student participated and was heavily involved, always looking to perform the best for the team and help the team achieve success
