Effort	1 Little to no effort was put into the overall design. Project was not completed.	Poor Little to no effort was put into the overall design. Majority of the time was spent on something other than the project.	Fair A fair amount of effort was put into the design. Little thought and creativity went into the design. Class time was not utilized as well as it could have been.	Good The design was well thought out and pictures were researched to help enhance the design. Design is creative and class time was spent working on your design.
Picture Editing	1 Edition images was not finished.	Poor Little editing was done in the pictures. Edges on pictures were left and little to no lighting effects were used.	Fair Editing of pictures was done well but little to no lighting effects were used to blend pictures together.	Good Editing of pictures was done well and lighting effects were used to blend pictures together.
Graphics	1 Images is not reflecting the goal of the project. using Selection tools.	Poor All graphics used were not correctly sized. Images looked blurry or did not fit the scheme of the design. Images were not searched properly.	Fair A few graphics used were not correctly sized. Those images were blurry because they were not searched properly on the Internet.	Good All pictures are clear and in focus. Images were searched and saved properly.
Creativity	1 No creativity design. image is not reflecting the use of the Adobe Photoshop tools.	Poor The overall design lacked creativity. Little thought went into the design.	Fair The design has some creative parts but more could have been added to improve the overall layout and design of the picture.	Good The design was very creative, included multiple effects and developed a design that is creative in many different ways.
Appearance	1 The final appearance of the character was not completed.	Poor Overall appearance is poor in quality and does not blend well together. Pictures do not seem to fit and it looks unrealistic.	Fair Overall appearance is acceptable in quality and does a fair job of blending pictures together. Pictures seem fairly realistic within the design.	Good Overall appearance is well done. Pictures are blended well into the design and pictures are realistic within the photo.
