Creation of a Transpersonal Caring Relationship 
The following assignment is designed for the Baccalaureate student as a reflection of care provided. The student will provide reflection of a patient encounter in which they felt a Transpersonal Caring Relationship was experienced. Students will also share their understanding of application of Theory of Human Caring Science to their practice.
