Skill	Poor Does not show any type of proper skill potential. Also does not show the proper skill requested.	Fair Was able to perform the skill asked but not in the way that was showed/taught to him.	Good Perfect execution of the skill. Shows proper form and technique.
Knowledge	Poor Shows no recollection of any of the material taught in class.	Fair Knows some of the material but, not all of it.	Good Knows not only the mechanics of the unit and also able to relay all information to the class and the teacher.
Participation	Poor Does not show any willingness to participate in the demonstration.	Fair Student shows little eagerness to be doing the demonstration, and also does not follow all directions asked of him.	Good Shows eagerness to perform the demonstration and follows all directions asked of him.
