	Poor 4 pts	Fair 8 pts	Good 10 pts
Time	Poor Unable to complete the mile run.	Fair Completed the mile over 10 minutes.	Good Completed the mile run within the 10 minute time limit.
Upper Body Posture	Poor Elbows are below 90 degrees. Hands are below chest level. Torso is leaning forward and looking for support.	Fair Elbows are not quite at 90 degrees. Hands are at chest level or slightly above. Torso is leaning forward.	Good Elbows bent at 90 degrees. Hands relaxed and below the chest. Torso upright and not leaning forward.
Lower extremity & Stride	Poor Did not maintain a short quick and rhythmic stride throughout the run. Knees were not fully aligned.	Fair Maintained a short and rhythmic stride throughout some of the run. Knees where somewhat aligned throughout a part of the run.	Good Maintained a short rhythmic and quick stride throughout the run. Knees were aligned throughout the run.
