On Task (Practicing Swim Skills)	Needs Improvement The student does not fulfill the dress requirement. The student is off task,(not practicing swimming skills),at their level station even after receiving reminders/cues from the teacher.	Progressing The student fulfills the dress requirement. The student needs reminders to remain on task,(not practicing swimming skills), at their level station but upon receiving reminders is able to return to on task,(practicing swimming skills), behavior.	Proficient The student fulfills the dress requirement. The student independently remains on task,(practicing swimming skills),at their level station without needing redirection from the teacher.	Advanced The student fulfills the dress requirement. The student independently remains on task,(practicing swimming skills), at their level station without needing redirection from the teacher and is able to act as a peer coach to other group members needing assistance.
