Creativity	Poor The lesson is boring.	Fair The lesson is somewhat dull but some kids would enjoy it anyway.	Good The lesson is fun and many kids would enjoy it but it lacks something that the kids could take with them.	Excellent The activity is fun and the kids have something interesting and educational to take home with them.
Organization	Poor The lesson is unorganized and the kids appear confused.	Fair The lesson is somewhat organized but lacks a clear connection that the kids can understand.	Good The lesson is organized but things don't run completely smoothly but the kids don't really notice because everything else goes well.	Excellent The lesson is well organized and the kids clearly understand what they were supposed to learn from the lesson.
