Dribble-Step Sequence	Beginner Rarely dribbles according to the rules and proper technique when attempting to advance the ball.	Developing Sometimes dribbles to advance the ball according to the sequence pattern permitted by the rules.	Proficient Mostly dribbles to advance the ball according to the sequence pattern permitted by the rules.	Excellent Always dribbles to advance the ball according to the sequence pattern permitted by the rules.
Passing	Beginner Rarely passes to teammates or partners when playing, or passes are inaccurate and incomplete.<BR> Does not use correct form at all, absence of use of cues.	Developing Sometimes makes quick, accurate passes to teammates or partners.<BR> Uses correct form following the cues some of the time.	Proficient Mostly makes quick, accurate passes to teammates or partners.<BR> Uses correct form following the cues the majority of the time.
