Unracked bar over chest, elbows bent.	Fair Bench is set too high/low. Thighs parallel to floor. Head level with racked bar. Body lacks 1 point of contact. Closed, pronated grip shoulder width apart. Unracked bar over face and neck, elbows slightly bent.	Good Bench is set to 30'. Thighs parallel to floor. Head lower than racked bar. Body 5-point contact. Closed, pronated grip slightly wider than shoulder width. Unracked bar over face and neck, elbows fully extended.
Execution: Downward	Poor Bar lowered too fast. Lowered to lower-chest area. Elbows slightly away from body. Wrists bent. Forearms outward/inward leaning. Bar compresses chest.
