Aerobic Excersise
A locomotor skill which combines a hop and a step (walk or run). The rhythm is uneven

Unsatisfactory

Attempting to perform/describe movement
Developing

Understands/describe
movement but cannot perform
Working Towards

Performs step/hop but not completely fluent
Satisfactory

Performs coordinated movement
running

A form of locomotion much like the walk except that the tempo and body lean differ.
There is no time when both feet are on the ground simultaneously.

Unsatisfactory

Attempting to perform/describe movement
Developing

Rarely runs looking straight ahead. Little or no arm movement.
Working Towards

Usually looks straight ahead with some arm movement.
Satisfactory

Looks straight ahead while running and feet and arms are moving in a straight line in the direction of movement.
Sliding

Sideways movement where the lead foot moves and is followed by the other foot.

Unsatisfactory

Attempting to perform/describe movement
Developing

Movement resembles gallop or feet cross.
Working Towards

Movement is sideways but feet sometimes cross.
Satisfactory

Consistent sideways movement with either foot leading and feet do not cross.
