Increase Layer Form

The student will perform the set of procedures that will meet entry level standards for a junior level stylist. Once the rubric is complete the student will assess their own performance and note where the improvement is needed.

Increase Layer Form The purpose for this rubric is for the student to asses
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Sections The student will have 6 sections that are uniform.	Poor Sections are not uniform. Partings are not even or straight.	Fair Sections are not even but partings are straight.	Good Sections are uniorm and partings are straight.
Stationary guideline The student will create a stationary guideline that is approximately 1/3 of the overall length.	Poor Stationary guideline is not the right length, or too short or too long.	Fair Stationary guideline is the right length or is crooked or uneven.	Good Stationary guidelines are the right length and are even.
Overall Cross-Checking The student will be able to cross-check the entire form and make sure that it all matches to the same stationary guideline.	Poor All lengths do not match and are uneven.	Fair Lengths do match with the stationary guide but are uneven.	Good All lengths match the stationary guideline and are all even.
