Fitness Game Creation Students are required to create a fitness game (individually or with a group) that incorporates one or more elements of the components of fitness (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition, and heart and lung endurance). Students have to demonstrate understanding and apply concepts to improve fitness. Fitness Component Incorporated Demonstrates understanding component of fitness addressed, and student demonstrates understanding of ways of improving fitness.	Proficient Develops 1 one or more of the components of fitness (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition, and heart and lung endurance) and is clearly evident in game created. Student/group clearly demonstrates knowledge and understanding/clearly evident of ways to improve fitness in game.	Partly Proficient Student/ group game somewhat evident/ shows/demonstrates a component of fitness (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition, and heart and lung endurance). Student/group shows limited knowledge/ understanding of ways to improve fitness.	Unsatisfactory Student/ group game does not show/not evident a component of fitness(muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition, and heart and lung endurance). Student/ group shows limited understanding of ways to improve fitness.
