Fitness Game Creation 
Students are required to create a fitness game (individually or with a group) that incorporates one or more elements of the components of fitness (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition, and heart and lung endurance). Students have to demonstrate understanding and apply concepts to improve fitness. May include other title headings of rubric: creativity, effort, affective domain- how well they work with group members, proper usage of time, etc.
