Throwing a ball Overhand

The Windup	Poor 1 of 3 criteria are met.	Fair 2 of 3 criteria are met.	Good -Student steps forward with their non-dominant foot. -Bring the throwing arm back in an abduction motion. -Palm facing downward.
The Throw	Poor 1 of 3 criteria are met	Fair 2 of 3 criteria are met.	Good -The Student will start this motion by twisting at the hips. -The arm will be lead with the elbow. -The ball will be released in front of the student.
The Follow-through	Poor 1 of 3 criteria are met	Fair 2 of 3 criteria are met.	Good -The student will snap their wrist upon release of the ball. -The arm keeps moving after the ball is released. -The body will naturally pivot on the front leg allowing the rear to move for balance.
