Overhand Throw	Poor Student cannot throw with form or accuracy.	Below Average Students throws are inconsistent in form and accuracy.	Average Student usually throws accurately to a stationary target using proper form.	Above Average Student consistently throws accurately to a stationary target using proper form.	Excellent Student consistently throws accurately to a stationary or moving target using proper form.
Catching	Poor Student seldom catches a ball thrown to them.	Below Average Student inconsistently catches a ball thrown to them.	Average Student can catch using proper form when the object is thrown to them.	Above Average Student proper form while catching objects at a distance.	Excellent Student uses proper form while catching objects at a distance while moving.
