Creativity	Poor Rarely demonstrates expression and style. Just goes through the motions. Routine was not interesting and lacked the ability to keep audience's attention.	Fair Typically performs with distinction and style that is indicated in the choreography or which is suggested by instructior or other peers. Somewhat interesting but does not always keep audience engaged.	Good Performs with a distinction adn style in relation to the choreography adn limited coaching. Very interesting and audience were very attentitive.
Participation	Poor The group did not work cooperatively. Students lack of enthusiam.	Fair The group work reasonable well together. The students showed enthusiam most of the time.	Good The group worked very effectively as a whole. The students showed lots of enthusiam.
