Approach	Advanced In ready position and facing target. Elbows and wrists are locked, showing flat surface. Thumbs together, facing the ground.	Proficient In ready position and facing target. Elbows bent. Thumbs may be together, but not pointing down, or criss crossed.	Emerging Some effort made to be in ready position (stance) and facing target. Elbows locked, wrists are not flat.
