Accepts Feedback	Exceptional Performance Requests guidance and profits from suggestions, exhibits positive attitude about improving	Above Average Willingly listens to constructive feedback, usually happy to make improvements	Average Frequently takes correction / feedback well, sometimes needs help to keep a positive attitude	Needs Improvement Reluctant to take correction, frequently acts resentful or upset	Could Be Fired Resists correction, refuses to listen, may attempt to deny or blame, often becomes hostile or sullen
Handling Problems	Exceptional Performance Consistently deals with problems early and directly, independently works on solutions	Above Average Usually deals with problems and works on solutions, sometimes asks for guidance. Classwork is complete	Exceptional Performance No assignments are missing and everything is turned in.	Above Average One assignment is missing for this classperiod. Initiates getting make-up work after an absence.	Average Two assignments are missing for this class. Inconsistently asks for make-up work.	Needs Improvement Three assignments are missing and need to be made up. Is not making effort to make missing work up.	Could Be Fired More than three assignments are out and no effort being made to make the work up.
