Measurement	Level 1 The majority of the measurements are +/- .02" throughout the project.	Level 2 The majority of the measurements are +/- .01" throughout the project. Squareness	Level 1 The body and end are not square.	Level 2 The body and end are close to being square.	Level 3 The body and end are very close to being square.	Level 4 The body and end are perfectly square.
Assembly each project and task has it,s own problems were you able to think ahead to solve any problems that accoured	Level 1 Little care taken in assembly of project. Some pieces do not fit correctly. Abundance of glue. No fasteners or an abundance of bent fasteners. Holes where nails have been pulled.	Level 2 Minor errors in assembly. Overall assembly is accurate. Minor evidence of glue. One or 2 bent fasteners. Fasteners not driven flush. One or two holes where nails or screws have been removed.	Level 3 No visible errors in assembly. No visible glue. Fasteners visible but are flush and not bent.	Level 4 No visible errors in assembly. No visible glue. No visible fasteners.
Finishing	Level 1 Large scratches or gouges in metal surface. Not sanded to the proper grit paper.	Level 2 Some large scratches are visible from sanding/filing.	Level 3 Smooth finish. Some minor scratches from sanding/filing.	Level 4 Smooth finish with no visible scratches. Student has checked over all areas carefully.
