Warm-Up * Prepares the body for activity. Improves performance. Reduces injury.	E-Exemplary Student participates in all group warm-ups all the time. Completes all 6 warm-up activities on a daily basis.	S-Satifactory Student participates in most of the group warm-ups most the time. Completes at least 4 of the 6 warm-up activities on a daily basis.	N-Needs Improvement Student needs frequent reminders to remain on task and to complete the warm-up exercises. Completes at least 3 of the 6 exercises on a daily basis.	U-Unsatisfactory Student constantly needs reminding to remain on task. Completes less that 2 of the 6 warm-up exercises on a daily basis.	Notes:
Participation Activity/Lesson Not graded on formation, accuracy in this rubric. Just participation.	E-Exemplary Student participates in all class activities all the time and is always fully engaged and tries their best.	S-Satifactory Student participates in most class activities all the time with few reminders.	N-Needs Improvement Student participates in class activities around 50% of the time and is in constant need of reminders to participate.	U-Unsatisfactory Student rarely participates in class activities, and needs to be constantly reminded of the need to participate.	Notes:
Cooperation/Respect/Safety *Evaluated on a weekly basis for all activities, outdoor play, recess, etc.	E-Exemplary Student always respects teachers, other adults, and fellow classmates. Student always follows directions the first time given and obeys all safety rules.	S-Satifactory Student had to be reminded once to respect others and/or follow directions safely.	N-Needs Improvement Student needed to be reminded to show respect to others twice in the class and or follow directions safely.	U-Unsatisfactory Student needs to be reminded three times to show respect to others and/or follow directions safely during the class.	Notes:
Equipment Care * Treating the balls, bats, clubs, goals, hula hoops, etc. with respect. * Returning the equipment to proper designation vs. leaving it on the ground.	E-Exemplary Student always cares for the equipment and returns the equipment to its designed area when asked the first time.	S-Satifactory Student mostly cares for the equipment and returns the equipment to its designed area when asked no more than twice.	N-Needs Improvement Student has to be reminded more than twice throughout the week how to properly care for the equipment and has to be told more than twice to return the equipment to the designated area after each use.	U-Unsatisfactory Student rarely cares for the equipment throughout the week and rarely returns equipment to its designated area after each use.	Notes:
