Almost kneels at pool's edge. Front leg slightly bent - straight. Back slightly bent - straight. Arms extended slightly in front of head. No target focus. No lean, simply jumps into diving position. Dives more outward than downward.

Kneels @ pool's edge. Front leg bent w/ toes on edge. Back leg bent, ankle bent so toes cannot help w/ push off. Arms extended over head, upper arms together near ears. No target focus. leans forward, chin tucked, jumps slightly when losing balance. Dive at a ~45 degree angle.

On entering water, straightens body @ hips and extends both legs.

Stands w/ feet together or shoulder-width apart w/ toes close to edge of deck. Body bent at waist, upper body is at a 45-90 degree angle to the legs. Focuses on target. Chin slightly tucked. Arms extend slightly in front of head. Rises up on balls of feet and slightly jumps forward. Legs slightly bent, almost in line w/ torso.

Stands w/ feet shoulder-width apart w/ toes near edge of deck. Extends arms slightly in front of head. Focuses on target. Angles hands toward target. Push off: Slightly lifts hips and slightly lifts legs so they are almost in line w/ torso. Chin slightly tucked.

Stands w/ feet together or up to shoulder-width apart w/ toes gripping edge of deck. extends arms overhead w/ upper arms together touching ears. Focuses on target. Bends at the knees and begins to angle hands down toward target. Push off: lifts hips and extends legs so they are in line w/ torso. Hands angled down toward target w/ chin tucked.
