OR Missing one of the following: cover letter, resume or certificates.	Satisfactory Portfolio is missing one of the following: Information is inaccurate. OR Information is not complete and does not show the students range of abilities. OR Missing cover letter, resume or certificates.	Good Information is accurate. Information is complete and shows a full range of student abilities. Contains cover letter, resume and any additional certificates that are applicable.
Presentation	Needs Improvement Portfolio lacks organization. Writing is sloppy. The message does not inform the intended audience of abilities of student. Binder is not professional looking.	Satisfactory Portfolio is organized. Contents are fall below professional standard for appearance. The message is fairly clear and was designed around informing the intended audience.	Good Portfolio is very well organized. Contents are professionally presented. The message is clearly articulated to the intended audience.
Creativity	Needs Improvement Graphics and or art work are not effective. Graphics take away from the work the student is showcasing.	Satisfactory Graphics are somewhat effective and are used appropriately.	Good Graphics and or art work are extremely effective and enhance the content appropriately.
Grammar and Spelling	Needs Improvement Frequent errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar impair the effectiveness of the content. Attention to accuracy is missing.	Satisfactory Writing includes a small number (e.g. 1-5) errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar, but the meaning of the writing is communicated.
