Focus on task	Good Stays on task every moment of the class. Knows what tasks need to be done and needs no guidance for normal routines.	Fair Focuses on the tasks some of the time. Sometimes needs to be redirected.	Poor Is rarely on task and is distracting other students with issues not related to robotics.
Time management	Good Has a plan for what they are going to do each day and puts it into action. Is always on time to class. Completes tasks in a timely fashion.	Fair Sometimes needs a bit too much redirection and seems off task once in a while. Rarely late to class.	Poor Does not seem to have a plan for lab time and relies on the teacher too much of the time to find them things to do. Late to class too many times.
Preparedness	Good Talks with team members and knows what they are supposed to do with no guidance from the teacher	Fair Talks with team members some of the time about what needs to be done, but relies on the teacher too much.	Poor Comes to class unprepared.
Monitors Group Effectiveness	Good Actively helps the group stay on task, manages time, and maintains high standards.	Fair Sometimes appears to be working within the team structure, but many times concentrates on their own needs.	Poor Becomes isolated from the group and does not seem to have an interest in being part of the team.
